  • Yes! There is free parking in the lot out front.

  • We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice when canceling your service. That being said, we also understand that circumstances arise that do not allow for 24-hour notice and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or no-show your appointment, you may be charges for that appointment.

General

  • You should refrain from waxing if you are using Retin-A , Acutane (currently or in the past 4 months), some antibiotics and or skin medications or if you are recovering from a recent laser treatment or peel. Please inform your skin care professional about any and all medication that could affect skin sensitivity. We can help you decide if it is a good time for waxing or when to navigate waxing for the future.

  • Waxed hair grows back smooth and fine. Each time you wax, the hair follicle weakens and can eventually stop growing, leaving you with less hair and smoother skin.

  • You must let your hair grow in for at least 2 weeks. There should be about a 1/4 to a 1/2 of an inch of hair growth for your best wax. Particularly with your first wax, the more hair growth, the smoother the results.

  • Yes. You may be a little more sensitive than usual but we regularly wax mothers-to-be.

  • No! It doesn't bother us at all. Just use a tampon. Not to worry. It happens all the time.

  • For bikini waxing, you will need to undress from the waist down, underwear optional. Additionally, if you are getting a Brazilian you will need to underdress completely from the waist down. We will do our absolute best to put you at ease!

  • A Brazilian wax is the complete removal of hair from front to back, including the labia, and the backside. You do have the option however, of either going completely bare or leaving a small strip or triangle of hair in the front. Your waxing professional can discuss options with you during your appointment.

  • The process usually takes about 20 minutes, but it depends on how much hair needs to be removed.

  • Waxing last on average 2-4 weeks. The longer you wax the longer and smoother the results. We recommend no shaving in between waxes to insure decreased hair growth.

  • The baseline recommendation is every 3-6 weeks. That goes for everything: brows to legs to Brazilians. Some clients experience a slower or faster rate of hair growth, and that time can be changed accordingly. We will help you gauge when you should return.

  • There is some pain associated with waxing but we promise it’s worth it! You will experience a temporary sting that leaves quickly and lessens the more you wax. Of course, our estheticians are sensitive to this and do everything they can to minimize your discomfort.

Waxing & Sugaring

  • Clinical Microneedling also known as Collagen Induction Therapy has become the international gold standard in non-surgical skin revision for wrinkles and acne scars, skin texture and more.

    The principle of clinical microneedling is to stimulate the body’s own healing and collagen production to improve skin texture, reduce lines and wrinkle depth and improve the appearance of old marks and scars and treat pigmentation.

    Microneedling opens numerous micro channels into the skin, without harming the epidermis or barrier layers, which stimulates collagen and elastin production deep in the skin structure.

    This precision process creates new collagen fibers which build over time to give positive and visible changes from deep in the skin’s layers.

    Following your microneedling treatment we use Celluma light therapy to deepen and accelerate your end result and natural healing process. The Celluma LED is designed to utilize specific wavelengths of light to bring about change deep in the skin’s structure. The energy delivered by the LEDs has been shown to enhance cellular metabolism, accelerate the repair and replenishment of damaged skin cells, as well as stimulate the production of collagen — the foundation of healthy, smooth skin.

    When microneedling is used in conjunction with the correct home care chosen specifically for your needs your results will be maximized and lasting.

  • Little is felt during the time of the procedure as numbing cream is applied before the needling session. The process is very comfortable and the only sensation that can sometimes occur is a slight pricky or itch feeling on the skin.

  • You may be pink/red for the first 24 to 48 hours after the treatment. Skin may feel sensitive for up to three days after the treatment.

  • Age and other factors such as skin condition, genetics and other lifestyle issues will determine your person course requirements. This is discussed at your initial skin analysis appointment. Between 3-4 treatments typically offer best results.

  • Yes! Microneedling is effective and safe for all skin types and colors.

  • Improvements in skin texture will be seen from the first session and will be more apparent within the first 3-4 weeks. Improvements continue throughout the treatment course.

    Collagen remodeling continues to take place in the skin up to 6-12 months after treatment and lines/scars continue to take place in the skin up to 6-12 months after the treatment and lines/scars continue to improve. Results are maintained with correct home care and maintenance.
