The heart of Theory, our dear Melissa is where it all began. A lover of a good cup of coffee or a nice glass of wine, let her take the guesswork out of skincare for you. Holistic health is her passion and she brings all of her knowledge to make Theory a space for wellness and self-care.

In addition to nurturing Theory, she is an amazing wife and mama to her boys. Whether they’re playing guitar together or listening to an album, there is always good music in their house.

Kandace combines her healing touch with years of knowledge into each treatment. With over 9 years of experience Kandace has had the privilege of working in both medical, as well as holistic skincare settings, and has found a beautiful balance between the two. Kandace is an avid learner, wellness guru, and a true skincare enthusiast.

Helping women glow from the inside out is her passion, and truly believes in nourishing not only the skin, but the soul.

Outside of Esthetics Kandace is a lover of sunsets, dogs, cooking, and the occasional blanco tequila.

A NW native, Heather was drawn to the skincare industry from her desire to help people feel good about who they are while building trusting relationships.

Sarah’s skincare journey began back in middle school after a DIY brow incident gone-wrong caused her to take on the task of learning to re-grow and shape brows herself. Sarah fell in love with results-based treatments to help clients achieve their healthiest and happiest skin. Her biggest emphasis is being able to meet people wherever they are on their skincare journey to help them feel confident, knowledgeable and empowered. Her favorite services include lash lifts, facials and sugarin and works hard to make everyone feel their most comfortable.

Outside of the spa, Sarah can be found with her nose in a book, listening (and dancing of course!) to music or taking walks with her dog, Lucy.

After working in dermatology clinics for years, Lily decided to pursue her esthetics license after her son was born. She was inspired by the idea of cultivating individual beauty, creating a community of uplifting wellness and building a lifestyle based in health. She has a passion for sugaring and massage as well as proactively supporting aging though skincare.

Outside of work, when she is not chasing around a toddler, you can find her competing in beach volleyball or doing some late-night baking.
